Some years ago Robert Redford starred in the movie, the Horse Whisperer. As far as I am concerned Charleen Hess is the Hair Whisperer. When I first went to her 3 years ago she spent time asking me several questions about my hair and how much time I like to spend on it, etc. She ‘listened to it’ as she brushed it and played with it to determine its texture and how it grows and moves. Then she gave me the best haircut I ever had. It didn’t seem like she was even doing that much but now my hair moves naturally and falls into place very easily.
